How do I submit a claim?Updated 8 months ago

We apologize if you have received a product that is not in perfect condition. Shipping damages and print defects are very rare, but can occur - rest assured we'll do everything possible to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Please keep all damaged items and packaging until you receive other instructions. Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order/Invoice Number
  • Product Title of affected item (in case of multiple items in order)
  • Short description of the experienced incident
  • Photo/video documentation of the incident (product and/or packaging)

We'll get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.
