90-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days from the date you received the product or it arrived at the collection point.

Process to Initiate a Return

Kindly contact us via email ([email protected]) to initiate your return.

Reimbursement

Upon canceling your order, we will promptly process a refund for all payments you've made, including delivery costs. If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage due to excessive handling on your part, there may be a deduction to account for the diminished value. Generally speaking, you will not be charged a re-stocking fee.

We assure you of a prompt reimbursement

Within 14 days from when we receive the returned item(s).

Or, if sooner, within 14 days from when you provide proof of having sent back the item(s).

If no goods were supplied, within 14 days from when we are notified of your decision to cancel the order.

Exceptions

Please note, personalized posters which are made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returning Canvases & Posters

If you choose to return a canvas or poster, please be informed that you'll cover the return shipping costs. We trust you to ensure that the canvas & posters remain in good condition both while in your possession and during the return shipment.
