Why is my payment being declined?Updated a year ago

Due to GDPR, we cannot access your payment details or see the reason why your payment was declined.

Here are the most common reasons why your payment is unsuccessful.

Incorrect address 

The billing address is matched with the address on file with your bank. Check if the street number, zip code, etc. are correct.

The card is blocked for Internet purchases

Many banks require you to activate your card to allow Internet purchases. Log in to your Internet bank and check if your payment card allows Internet purchases.

The transaction is temporarily blocked

If you have made several attempts, your bank may temporarily block the transaction. Wait a while and try again later, or try another payment method.

Will I get a refund?

Rejected orders are automatically refunded within 1-5 days.
